Important Announcement: Implementation of Consumption Tax

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of our studio.

We would like to inform you that, as of April 1, 2025, GOOD TIMES INK will begin applying a 10% consumption tax to our service fees.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly request your understanding. Please review the following details:

1. Timeline and Scope of Consumption Tax Implementation

• Start Date: April 1, 2025
• Tax Rate: 10%
• Services rendered on or before March 31, 2025: No consumption tax will be charged

2. Changes to Price Displays

Beginning April 1, 2025, in accordance with applicable laws, we will primarily display tax-inclusive prices.

For example, if the pre-tax price is ¥10,000, we will display the tax-inclusive price of ¥11,000 (which includes ¥1,000 in consumption tax).

Please note that while we may also provide tax-exclusive prices in-store for reference, the tax-inclusive price will be the actual amount charged at checkout.

3. Existing Reservations & Ongoing Work

Customers with existing reservations or ongoing (continuation) work:
Reservations made before this announcement will remain tax-exempt, even for sessions taking place on or after April 1, 2025. If you are currently receiving continuation work on a specific area, it will remain tax-exempt until that piece is completed. However, if you begin a new piece on or after April 1, 2025, consumption tax will apply to that new work.
