Japanese Traditional Nozarashi
"野晒し" (Nozarashi), depicting a corpse left outdoors to weather and decay into bones, is a popular motif in Japanese tattoo art (Irezumi). Traditionally featuring a skull, grass, and a wooden grave marker (sotoba), this timeless design has been interpreted by many artists throughout history. In this version, a second-generation tattoo artist has incorporated Japanese-style clouds, adding a distinct touch of craftsmanship to the piece.
